Position: Quantity Surveyor. Location: Kildare/Wicklow/Dublin. Salary: Impressive. A leading Main Contractor is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will have 6 years' experience within Construction with residential projects preferably but not essential. The ideal candidate will possess the following traits: Relevant Third Level Qualification within Quantity Surveying/Construction Economics. 6 years' experience plus. Ideally within a Main Contractor or Developer role but others will be considered. High level of reporting skills. Precise eye for detail. Excellent experience dealing with Sub Contractors. Experience with Residential, Commercial and Retail projects vital for this role. Motivated individual who will go the extra mile.
