Administrator / Receptionist
EPS Group seek an experienced Receptionist/Administrator for their office in Naas, Co. Kildare. The ideal candidate will have fantastic interpersonal skills and a positive approach to their work. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established Irish owned company. The role will be extremely varied and requires a candidate that has the ability to multitask. Roles and Responsibilities will include; Meet and greet clients at reception. Manage a busy switchboard. Provide administrative support where required. Liaise with the accounts department and provide administration support. Ensure the smooth running of the office e.g. organising couriers, domestic maintenance, archiving etc. Meeting room set-up including catering arrangements. Organising incoming and outgoing post. Requirements: 3+ years experience working as a receptionist dealing with a high volume of calls. Professional approach, punctual and reliable. Previous experience in accounts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal are essential. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong telephone manner. Pleasant professional approach. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. Organised, efficient and team-focused. Ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of the wider administration team. A flexible approach to all duties involved.
