Hotel Night Manager|€35,000|Kildare. We currently have a Night Manager job for a luxury Hotel in Kildare. We are looking for a experienced Night Manager who represent the management team and is committed to delivering exceptional service and upholds themselves to high standards. Job Title: Night Manager. About the Job: Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety. As Night Manager you will be expetced to Assists the Front Office Manager in all aspects of the department including but not limited to operations, planning, budgeting, staffing and payroll in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. Conduct Briefing for all staff during Night Shift. Inform all Overnight staff of nightly activities, group and VIP arrivals as well as special requests and repeat guests. Check accommodations, making sure any special requests are carried out accordingly, greet guests upon arrival and ensure escort to accommodations if appropriate. Job Requirements: Previous experience in a Front Office supervisory/management capacity for a 4* or 5* star hotel essential. Fluent English spoken and written. Computer knowledge and experience in Front Office Systems. Bachelors or Diploma in Hotel Management essential.
