Our client, a leading pharmaceutical Group is now seeking an in-house Recruitment Consultant based in Citywest, Dublin 24. Responsibilities. Liaise with HR and hiring managers within the Group to fully understand recruitment needs. Build and maintain relationships with HR and hiring managers. Manage client expectations through regular communication and updates. Liaise with recruitment agencies as required. Source suitable candidates for recruitment needs. Build and maintain candidate relationships. Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews. Manage both successful and unsuccessful candidates. Candidate Profile. Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a busy in-house or agency recruitment role. Proactive with strong commercial acumen. Ability to develop strong working relationships. Highly organised, ability to multi-task. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong administration skills and attention to detail. Understanding of the current employment market.
