They are now seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in a new customer centric role focusing on providing an excellent customer experience. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be tasked with delivering an outstanding level of service to customers using Finning’s maintenance and repair services. This is an exciting new, customer centric role in the Ireland Service segment of the business where the focus is on excellent customer experiences. It is process oriented, specifically around the customer, offering an excellent, timely service. Acting as a liaison between customers, Control Team and the support functions, you will effectively communicate directly with customers and review work processes to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved. You’ll gain a strong understanding of customers’ service needs and generate the parts, system knowledge and information required to complete tasks. Additionally, you’ll provide customers with progress updates regarding their service repairs and inform them of any issues. Your other duties will involve: - Supporting the planning of maintenance and repair works. - Assisting with the completion of service documentation. - Identifying ways to further improve Finning’s service offering. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have: - Customer support experience, ideally within a similar industry sector. - A third level qualification in a relevant subject, ideally engineering. Organised and proactive, as a Customer Service Advisor, you must be a good listener with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
