Reconciliation Analyst 12 Month FTC Initially Kildare Responsibilities Responsible for the accurate and timely process of daily, monthly and quarterly reconciliations for a portfolio of client bank accounts. Proactive in the follow up of bank reconciliation breaks. Liaise with associated parties to ensure breaks are reconciled through to resolution. Promptly deal with queries on the day to day operations while keeping operational risks to a minimum. Address all internal and external queries in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure to escalate where necessary. Requirements Ideally candidate will have 2 – 3 years’ previous experience in a similar position. Previous bank reconciliations experience is essential for this position. Previous experience working with automated reconciliation systems. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, Access. Must be very detail oriented and motivated to maintain a high degree of accuracy at all times.
