My client a leading Asset Manager are currently in the process of inquiring a large Corporate Book. This company are looking to hire numerous organised and innovative Senior/Asset Managers on a long term contract basis to four main teams across the business, which include Credit, Receivership, Enforcement and Personal Insolvency . There is an excellent salary and benefits on offer, alongside opportunities for career progression. Previous experience is essential from either a Commercial or Residential background. RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of a loan portfolio, adhering to legislative policies during management. Attend Borrower and Client face to face meetings as required. Conduct due diligence on assigned loan portfolio to formulate a suitable strategy to maximise loan recovery. Ensure that the team meets targets and goals, with respect to client expectations. Keep Borrower information up to date whilst inputting accurate data into various systems. Direct liaison with various stakeholders to ensure strategies are correctly implemented. Ability to draft credit and strategy papers. Carry out regular management documentation and ad-hoc report requests to a high standard as required. Day to day point of contact for queries from various stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS: QFA or APA required. Previous lending or restructuring experience essential. Previous experience in client facing role. Experience dealing with and negotiating with distressed borrowers and their advisors. Experience with prioritisation to highlight critical tasks. Experience working in an environment with tight deadlines, working under pressure. Strong numerical, financial analysis skills with the ability to assess financial accounts and budgets.
