Want to work for your favourite shop? Well - WE'RE HIRING!! We are currently seeking a flexible, part-time staff member to work in our retail store. The job will consist of minimum 2 days per week (one of which will be a Saturday). This opportunity would suit a job-seeker looking to gain valuable experience in a small online and retail business, or somebody looking to return to the workplace part time. At least 2 years retail experience required. What you will be doing: *Helping and advising customers in store. *General store duties (maintaining product displays, operating the till etc. *Website administration and fulfilling of online orders (training provided. *Responding to customer queries through social media channels, email and over the phone. *Maintaining social media accounts and other general marketing duties. *Modelling our fabulous stock for social media and our website. *Occasional attendance at fashion shows and trade shows. What we are looking for: *A friendly, outgoing personality and a willingness to learn is a must. *Previous experience in a retail/customer service environment. *A strong knowledge and interest in fashion and the fashion industry is a plus, but not essential. *A good knowledge of social media. *Marketing experience is a plus, but not essential. *Ability to work on own initiative.
