Location. This role is based in Kildare. Job Purpose. Working with the LotusWorks team, you will be responsible for a mixture of sustaining, commissioning and project electrical work. Responsibilities: Commissioning electrical systems and equipment, such as lighting, general power, VSD’s, Motor Control Centres, etc. Electrical maintenance and daily fault-finding. Working in a cross-functional team of skilled technicians. Working with switchgear. Managing ATEX inspections. Requirements. Qualified Electrician, with at least 4 years Industrial Maintenance experience in the semi-conductor / pharma sectors. Newly qualified electrician or electrician with post qualified experience. Strong electrical maintenance experience and fault-finding ability. Experience with ATEX Inspections desirable, however full training will be provided. Strong electrical installation background. Ability to read electrical drawings. Experience with commissioning electrical systems and equipment, such as lighting, general power, VSD’s, Motor Control Centres, etc. Experience with Switchgear is an advantage but not a necessity. Ability to remain calm and focused when dealing with multiple tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivated. Must have strong documentation skills.
