Our client, a lab distribution and service centre based in Co. Dublin is looking for an Office Manager to join their team. Office Manager. The role involves: Scheduling meetings and appointments. The organization of office operations and procedures. Corporate account management with office vendors & service providers including queries, deliveries & logistics. Acting as front of house including meet & greets and general support to visitors. Addressing employees queries regarding office management concerns (e.g. stationery & travel arrangements etc. Attend meetings to capture minutes and follow up actions. Responsible for client visit management, including organizing accommodation, itineraries and transport. The ideal candidate should have: Experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular. Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail.
