The Role: As a Field Sales Executive, you will sell our client’s high quality service solutions to retail and hospitality customers through Dublin and the Greater Dublin area. In this direct face-to-face selling role, you will: - Identify and engage decision makers. - Take a consultative approach. - Develop a clear understanding of the customer’s buying cycle to maximise opportunities. - On-board and develop new customers, as well as providing a high-quality service to existing key accounts. - Provide quotes, negotiate contracts and ensure that sound commercial margins are developed. What You’ll Need: - At least three years’ business development experience which has included meeting or exceeding targets in a service delivery sales industry, developing B2B sales opportunities and delivering results in-line with targets. - At least two years’ business development experience providing services to hospitality and retail industry sectors. - A sound understanding of the B2B sales cycle. - Evidence of self-generating significant new business opportunities. - Experience of accurate record keeping, activity management and reporting. - English Language and Mathematics formal qualifications to a good standard with strong levels of numeracy and literacy. Experience in selling complex service solutions to the Hospitality and or Retail sectors would be beneficial to your application.
