The Key Responsibilities Include: Capture business requirements and ensure that specified requirements are transmitted entirely and correctly. Work with business units to identify business requirements -- evaluate and translate into requirements specifications. Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation. Assist in the selection process of the new Financial Accounting System. Provide and support the implementation of the new Financial Accounting System - build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identify business needs and ensure necessary processes are delivered. Develop and implement test plans to ensure successful delivery of the project. Accurately determine, assign, track and manage project tasks, activities, documentation and time information. Manage and update project risk and issue registers and administer or assist the quality review process. Ensure all processes are carried out in line withour policies and procedures. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience in a similar role with a BSc degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline and a Project Management qualification, preferably Prince 2. Proven experience of delivering projects working to strict deadlines. Possess a mixture of both business and IT project delivery experience with software vendor experience as well as third parties. First-rate documentation skills and excellent communication skills with the ability to identify and understand user requirements and translate into technical documentation. Excellent organisational skills and experience managing multiple sub projects simultaneously, in a time sensitive environment. This will be a 2 year fixed term contract.
