Due to continued growth, my client is recruiting additional Service Engineers to join our installation team in Dublin. Providing technical support, commissioning, preventative maintenance, breakdown attendance. Services maintains & repairs a range of plug-in refrigeration and commercial catering equipment. Ability to troubleshoot and correct technical issues, in an effective and timely manner. Within a shift, rota participates in supporting our 24 hours, a 365-day response by taking out of hour calls to provide technical advice and attend a call out to a breakdown. Respond to incoming breakdown calls in a timely manner, qualifying with the user prior to leaving to ensure the issue does require attendance and parts held are appropriate for expected remedial action required. Ability to plan forward, work with site foreman and other trades to complete a job. Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely and professional manner. Keep records of stock held on the service van and stock issues. Maintain a dialogue with the UK Technical Manager to ensure you are kept up to date with evolving trends and system upgrades. Other duties and projects as required by the Director. Ensure Health and Safety, electrical and environmental regulations are always observed. Alert immediate superior to significant problems in good time. Job Type: Permanent. Salary: €40,000.00 to €45,000.00 /year.
