Noel Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their Client in Kildare area for a Catering Officer Grade 11 to work in a Healthcare environment: The ideal candidate must have the following: A recognized Hotel and Catering Management Qualification. 3 years supervisory experience in a high quality Food and Beverage environment. Experience of managing a HACCP system. Experience in the provision of in house training to staff. Initiative and ability to deal with complex situations. Awareness of Health and Safety and employment legislation. Good influencing skills. The ideal candidate must possess caring and empathic qualities and demonstrate these attributes in the course of this contract. A level of flexibility to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient service. To abreast of and implement appropriate technical changes and new developments.
