Customer Service Administrator
Our client, a large rental company based in County Kildare require a Customer Service Administrator for their expanding customer base. The Customer Service Administrator will play an important part in providing a first class level of customer service and will have a pivotal role in the continual improvement in the breakdown management and equipment maintenance section of the company. Key responsibilities include: • Managing all incoming calls and messages effectively and efficiently. • Receiving breakdown calls and keeping accurate records of same. • Develop and improve procedures to ensure the efficient running of the customer service function within the business. • Allocating Engineers and Subcontractors and managing expenditure of same. • Creating Purchase Orders for all goods and services. • Processing Time-sheets and monitoring hours worked. • Inputting Suppliers Invoices. • Stock Control on AS400 Stock System. • Supporting Operations Manager when required.
