The business is headed up by an industry proven managing director in this specialised area with a wealth of experience at recruiting at all levels. This company will focus on Senior Management in Front of House, Back of House, Accommodation, F&B, Leisure & Spa, Sales, Catering and Culinary Operations as well as other key areas. Our reach is international to encompass Ireland, UK, USA, and Asia. We already have key clients in many areas and will also hold an international agreement with a special hospitality client to service their needs internationally which is specialised. As we move to our new offices we are currently recruiting experienced Hospitality Recruiters/ Search & Selection Talent Consultants to join our new company launch immediately. We value our Search & Selection Talent Consultants skills to enhance their abilities, without conforming to corporate slang and we are not your daily average recruitment business.This model will be fresh, professional and focus on Senior & Executive roles. Working with us will be a breath of fresh air and allow you to use your skills set to grow and establish yourself as a trusted market leading Search & Selection Talent Consultant, with less tyrannical pressures.The Role full time 5 Days a week Monday to Friday between 8.30-5.00pm, field and office based (proactive environment) Through your contacts, networking and engaging will grow candidate and client base through effective relationships. Supporting and working together with our team plus attend and organise client agenda. Constant business development – grow your innovative vacancy list to deliver our brand and search & selection standards. What experience should you have to date? Preferably have at least 12 months experience from a Hospitality & Catering recruitment background or strong Assistant Managers, Operations Managers, Sales Executives will also be considered. Proven track record of consistent selling or have the appetite to sell and convince. Good understanding of social networks and all platforms. Excellent PC Knowledge in Word, Email, PowerPoint. Strong personality with great influencing and negotiation skills with a positive attitude. Self-starter attitude, motivated with clear communication skills. Apply an abundance of discretionary and confidential effort dailyin all your contacts. Is a good judge of Character, Can identify the Class from the masses. Have a curious personality, witty, friendly, charming. Is not afraid to set up meetings, meet people that they never met before, resilient to the word ‘No’ and of course can pick up the phone and have a warm engaging call. What do we offer?
