Job Title Administrator

Looking for an experienced administrator with proven experience in office administration/business and excellent computer, communication and customer service skills. We require a highly motivated, organized person who pays particular attention to detail, with a positive attitude and ability to multi task, who can also work on their own initiative, dealing with the day to day duties of a busy office.

The desired candidate must be:

  • A highly motivated, positive individual with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Able to take direction, work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Flexible.
  • An excellent communicator (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in the use of the following office applications: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Proficient in the use of social media platforms
Experience required:

  • Relevant office/ admin/ accounts experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Computer literate with very strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Background in logistics/supply chain/production/warehousing an advantage
