Job Title Junior Sous Chef, Luxury Hotel Kildare

We have a great opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef looking for career progression in a great property in Kildare. There is genuine prospects for growth in this kitchen as the company is always evolving.

Our client is looking for a Chef with an edge to their cooking, someone who is willing to take risks with their food and has a genuine passion for creating new and innovative dishes.

Details on the role & candidate:

  • 5 years as Chef de Partie in high volume, multi-outlet 4* or 5* kitchens
  • International experience is desirable
  • Must be creative, innovative, ambitious and not afraid to stray from the norm
  • Assist the Head Chef in all duties from stock control, payroll, menu creation and kitchen management
  • Train and develop the team
  • Experience in both fine dining and casual dining or upmarket bar food is essential
  • Knowledge of food, wine and cocktail pairing is an advantage
This a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and hardworking Junior Sous with a great salary of €28k-€30k DOE.
