DNG are currently looking for a part-time receptionist/ sales support team member within our branch in Celbridge. Supporting the sales negotiators in the administration of the property process. Outbound follow up phone calls to clients. Creating client files, updating property information on CRM system, Liaising with colleagues to assist in the sales process when required. Excellent telephone manner andproficient in Microsoft word and excel. Experience: 2-3 years previous experience in a reception/administration/ sales support role. ECDL qualification would be an advantage. Personal skills: Excellent attention to detail. Strong organisational and telephone skills. Ability to pro-actively communicate with third parties.
